to the MJS these two sleuths want to know why any fellow supervisor would abstain from voting on issue.
Obviously Stamper has spent too much time studying the legislative voting history of President Obama when he was a State Senator in Illinois when he says "we could all just just abstain for the whole four years".
The good news for Stamper is that come 2016 the supervisory terms will in all probability be only two years. The bad news for Stamper & Rainey is that the people they are trying to intimidate and control aren't accountable to them. They are accountable to those whom they represent.
If a supervisor has what they feel is a good reason to abstain from voting it may be in the best interest of those involved to not disclose the reason.
For those wanting to play politics with people's lives I'd like to toss out this admonition - be very careful what you ask for, it may be your integrity on the line soon.
