A Quiet State of the County

OK, the State of the County address by Chris Abele is not a life changing event, but you'd think that someone, somewhere or somehow would have live coverage of the event.  And if so, they'd make it a bit easier to find the coverage.

WTMJ - Channel 4 - Today
WDJT - Channel 58 - The Young and the Restless
WITI - Channel 6 - Fox 6 News at 11 - No mention.
WMVS - Channel 10 - Sesame Street
WISN - Channel 12 - Anderson Live

The biggest disappointment has to be the City Channel 25.  This channel covers local meetings from the City of Milwaukee along with the Milwaukee County Board Meetings.  But instead of covering The State of the County it is running it's usual filler material.  I can't believe that something couldn't be worked out to get County Exec Abele a bit of air time.

So I thought maybe the County Website would either stream the video or audio of the event.  Can't find a thing other then the link provided above.

Reminds me of the movie 'Suppose They Gave A War and Nobody Came."

UPDATE:  Here's a link from Channel 12 with video the State of the County address.  Thanks to Supervisor Alexander for the information.  That's what a County Supervisor is suppose to do.
