On a nudge from the Fairly Conservative blog I decided to look at some of the recall petitions tonight, not only looking for errors, but also the number of signatures in each section. In the six groups of petitions I looked at they averaged from 3.3 to 7.8 signatures per group of 50 pages.
Some funny errors also. One guy had himself and a lady who shares the same address as the only two signers of a petition and he screws up the date on the bottom where he's suppose to verify the page. There were lots of people not knowing what municipality they live in.
Also a big question on many forms from up north where the petitioner entered the addresses for the signers. Not sure that is legal.
